Position Title: Costing Engineer
Responsibilities:
· Preparation of project cost forecast and cost trend analysis.
· Maintain schedules and keep project resources on track.
· Preparation of Cost Planning, Cost Estimation, Construction Billing Schedule, Control Budget, Cashflow, Flash report on profitability analysis
· Preparation of Budget, Project cost Report, Change order management.
· Aiding for the preparation of cost estimation of EPC/LSTK projects.
· Preparing inputs for Vendor/subcontractor rate negotiation, preparation of work order with conditions of Contract
